Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 48 hours of delivery for a full credit/compensation. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (ie: you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If the return is a result of your actions(ie: ordered incorrect product, you no longer want the product, etc.), we will deduct the cost of any return labels from your credit/account when processing your return. All items will be inspected upon receipt to confirm return details. Any inaccuracy in the return is the responsibility of returning party.

You should expect to receive your resolution within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases this will be handled more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If products are being sent back to us, we will only apply resolutions after receiving the products.

Special Notes:

•We will not accept returns of used disposables or vaporizers unless they are DOA(Dead on arrival).

•Any stickers applied to products after receiving them must be removed before returning said products.
